Internal Regulations of Camping Kerisole

1/ ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campground, you must have been authorized to do so by the manager or his representative. The latter has the obligation to ensure the proper maintenance and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these rules of procedure.

The fact of staying on the campsite implies the acceptance of the provisions of these regulations, the General Conditions of Sale and the commitment to comply with them.

2/ POLICE FORMALITIES

a) Any person who must stay at least one night in the campground must first present the manager or his representative with his identity documents and complete the formalities required by the police.

Minors not accompanied by their parents or a legal representative will not be admitted.

b) Pursuant to Article R. 611-35 of the Code of Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, the manager is required to have the customer of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, an individual police record. It must mention in particular:

1° The surname and first names;

2° The date and place of birth;

3° Nationality;

4 ° The usual domicile.

Children under the age of 15 may appear on one of the parents’ card.

3/ INSTALLATION

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

4/ RECEPTION DESK

In season open from: 9h to 12h and from 16h to 17h from Monday to Saturday and from 11h to 12h and from 16h to 17h on Sunday.

At the reception desk you will find all the information about the services of the campground, information on the possibilities of refueling, sports facilities, the tourist riches of the surroundings and various addresses that may be useful.

A system for collecting and handling complaints is available to customers. Claims will only be considered if they are signed, dated, as accurate as possible and relating to relatively recent developments.

5/ DISPLAY

These by-laws are posted at the entrance to the campground and at the reception desk. It is given to each customer who requests it.

For classified campgrounds, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourist or leisure sites are displayed.

The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the Minister in charge of consumption and can be consulted at the reception.

6/ FEES AND TERMS OF DEPARTURE

Fees will be paid to the reception desk. Their amount is posted at the entrance of the campground and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent in the field.

Guests are invited to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before it. Guests intending to leave before the opening time of the reception desk must pay for their stay the day before.

7/ NOISE AND SILENCE

Guests are asked to avoid any noise and discussion that could disturb their neighbors.

Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible.

Dogs and other animals should never be left free. They must not be left in the campground, even locked up, in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible for it.

The manager ensures the tranquility of his customers by setting schedules during which the silence must be total: The silence must be total between 10 pm and 7 am.

8/ VISITORS AND GROUPS

After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them by paying a “day visitor” fee.

The customer can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campgrounds are accessible to visitors. However, the use of this equipment may be charged according to a rate that must be posted at the entrance of the campground and at the reception desk.

Access to the swimming pool with its rest area, the relaxation area and the sports area is not allowed for groups, visitors or minors unaccompanied by their parents or a legal representative.

Cars, motorcycles, etc., of visitors are prohibited in the campground.

9/ CIRCULATION AND PARKING OF VEHICLES

Inside the campground, vehicles must travel at a speed limited to 5 km/h.

Traffic is prohibited between 10pm and 7am.

Only one vehicle per pitch rented to the camper staying there may travel in the campground. Parking can only be done on the rented plot, must not, in addition, hinder traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.

10/ MAINTENANCE AND APPEARANCE OF THE FACILITIES

Everyone is obliged to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campground and its facilities, including sanitary facilities.

It is forbidden to throw sewage on the ground or in gutters.

Customers must empty the wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose.

Household waste, waste of any kind, papers must be deposited in the garbage cans in bags provided for this purpose.

Everyone is obliged to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campground and its facilities, including sanitary facilities.

Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. The spreading of the laundry will be done, if necessary, in the common dryer, it should never be done from the trees.

Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden for the camper to plant nails in trees, cut branches, make plantings.

It is also not allowed to delineate the location of a facility by personal means, nor to dig the ground.

Any repair of damage committed to the vegetation, fences, land or facilities of the campground will be the responsibility of its author.

The pitch that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when entering the premises.

11/ SECURITY

Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Except barbecues are allowed provided they are in good condition, stable and do not damage the lawn. A fire on the ground is strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not used in dangerous conditions.

In the event of a fire, immediately notify management. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first aid kit is available at the reception desk.

b / flight

The management is not responsible for objects deposited at the office but has a general obligation to supervise the campground. The camper retains responsibility for his own installation and must report to the person in charge the presence of any suspicious person.

Customers are advised to take the usual precautions for backing up their hardware.

In case of theft, the management declines all responsibility.

12/ GAMES

No violent or embarrassing games can be organized on the campsite. The meeting room cannot be used for hectic games.

Children remain under the exclusive supervision and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

13/ DEAD GARAGE

Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the ground with the agreement of the management and only at the indicated location. A fee, the amount of which is posted in the office, will be due for the “dead garage”.

14 / INFRINGEMENT OF THIS RULES OF PROCEDURE

All campers are required to respect the internal regulations of the campsite, posted at the reception, he is responsible for the disturbances caused by the people who stay with him. The marked non-compliance with the internal regulations may result in the expulsion of the camper.

In the event that a resident or visitor disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these rules of procedure, the manager or his representative may orally if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances.

In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after the manager has given formal notice to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.

In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on the police.

15/ MAIL AND DISPLAY

Mail is delivered every working day to the reception desk.

These rules of procedure are posted at the entrance of the campground, these rules of procedure and the General Conditions of Sale are posted at the reception desk and on the site https://www.camping-kerisole.fr/. They are given to the customer at his request.
